Cold chain that holds the temperature.
Reefer trucking, temp-controlled ocean, and CFIA / FDA / SFCR-aware customs for food and beverage shippers across Canada and the US border, and overseas.
Cold chain freight forwarding.
Food and beverage shippers need three things from a forwarder: reefer-capable carriers, clean paperwork at the border, and someone who answers the phone when the load runs late. Setara Transport sources temperature-controlled capacity through our carrier network and coordinates CFIA, FDA, and USDA filings with our broker partner.

Frequently asked: Food & beverage
Do you own reefer trucks?
No. Setara Transport sources reefer capacity through a pre-vetted carrier network. You get the equipment and the temperature controls. We handle booking, paperwork, customs coordination, and tracking.
Do you handle alcohol?
Yes. Beer, wine, and spirits with appropriate provincial/state licensing and excise handling. Bonded warehousing through partners when needed.
What about organic certification?
We coordinate organic chain-of-custody documentation (COR, USDA NOP, EU equivalence) so certified status survives the shipment.
